I don't know that I'd consider it old school. AB didn't start until 1999.

and it wasent out of the gate popular.. i remember i started seeing it more in 2002ish

In the shop I used to run, we carried it, and the early massive foot print high current class-A/B amps were good. I used a few in our demo car and I demo'ed a few myself. This was well before the silly flames were added.

The flames gave it character lol.

Like adding a "porch deck" spoiler to a hundai. Mental horse power.

Anyone had experiences with this brand?

Their amps? True power?

Subs? Durability?

Boxes? Good as or worse than prefab?

For the money I paid, my pair of twelves that came with box and amp were excellent.

Keep in mind, I paid ~$110 + shipping for box, amp, wiring (Got jokes if you call that power wire, my tweeters need bigger wire :suicide-santa: ) and (2) 12's.

They prefer sealed boxes imo, but handle a bit more than rated no prob (rated @ 250rms, had a single 12 on a RF200.2 bridged). Clipped hard, barely got warm. Mechanically, it compares to a wet noodle, so be careful.
