I shot my first doe this morning at 9am. She weighs in at 60lbs dressed. Average size for north east PA.

This was my second time out archery hunting and I am hooked.

You can use a cross bow in bow season there?

<--prefers to eat bambi

Yes sir. Cross bows can be used in any archery season. I am going out on Monday too, I have another doe tag. I will not kill anything smaller than the 60 pounder above. Today was the first day of inline as well. I love using the cross bow so I choose that as my weapon.

Nahh, 7mm ultra mag is where it's at! Haha I can stick my hand in the exit hole of the deer.

60 lbs dressed is fuckin tiny.

NO. Once they are 2 years old, fuck eating them. I'd MUCH rather eat bambi.

Perhaps I am misunderstood. I am just stating that 60 lbs is tiny. I could give two shits less though. I fucking love bambi. Its a fucking DELICIOUS meat. Grills great, makes for AWESOME chilli, and is just an all around great eat.
