If they can slide into one of the USPS flat rate boxes, I am sure a bunch of people would jump on it as it would save on shipping more, but then again I don't know over all dimensions.

One option is like the external version but it takes a big ring to do it. Never tried to screw them on though.

First flanged flare was built last evening. It's coming off the mold as soon as I get back from work. Pics coming up by the end of the day

I never expected the flanged 8" to be this big...it's slightly smaller than the 10". The flange is 3/4" wide.

We do though. Meaning if you shipped a number of them in a larger box, individual ones could go out in flat rate boxes, if they fit.

For now the flange comes at no extra cost. As I move out flanged versions I will be able to adjust the price correctly to reflect the slight increase in raw material quantity compared to the standard flare.

Looks like I am going to have to buy a full 10' section of 8" schedule 40 That is the minimum order length at all the shops around here.
