.....You walk through parking lots wondering what kind of system people have

.....You go home from college just to build a speakerbox

.....You "scan" through Various caraudio retail websites looking for "good Deals"

.....You had a stereo system in your car before you had a drivers licence (my personal Favorite)

.....You drive with the windows down in the dead of winter just to improve your bass response

.....You ask for an High Output Alternator for your birthday

.....You go to the local audio shops just to quiz the employees

i gotta 2xx all them..lol

when you go to a car dealership and ask if you can remove a door panel to see inside the door .

when you ask the car salesman if they have anything instock without a stereo in it.

When you are shopping for a new car and disqualify a model that you love because the factory HU is too integrated into the car. The car is the CX-7, BTW.

when i have a crappy car and use money to fix the stereo, not the dents and rust

when i want to blow up other peoples stock stereos because they SUCK

-When you walk through futureshop or best buy to pick up pictures and go to the car audio section

with your 2 year old and they can stop and find the "amps" on display and say. "look daddy amps"!!!

Happened to me with my daughter.

-Your UPS guy injures his back lifting a sub you bought. (Huge JBL).

-Closet nothing whole section of the basement is dedicated to car audio.

-Wife has actually stated lets finish the basement and give you your own huge closet/racking for your amps!

-You are known by your freinds as the amp man or amp guy.

-You can't fall asleep because you are thiking on how do to your next system.

-You sell amps for top dollar yet would never pay that much for what you just sold, even if you think the item is great and worth it.

-You have to sell some items to pay for items you bought which you have no extra money to pay for them.

Story of my life.

-sadly, when all your college math seminar research papers revolve around car audio, port design, frequency with tuning, etc.

buying my kids clothes at Good Will and garage sales so I have money for audio equipment.
