May 31, 201312 yr Imma go out on a limb and say it's not at the 6volt position and at the 3/4 position instead.
June 1, 201312 yr Author It's at a little less than 3/4. No processing in between amp and h.u. and bass level at zero. It's set this way because that's where its the loudest.

July 7, 201312 yr Author Why in the hell did you do that? Well my thought process was that, that's the first layer the air hits, so if I make that part as strong as possible, then it would be most effective. Also picked up the idea from PWK.
July 7, 201312 yr it will help it from moving what you should have done is get MLV and put it there.. it will stop the rattle and really help... my doors have the stick and peal kinda second skin and also a blanket of the MLV between the door panel and the door skin
July 8, 201312 yr Admin I had to do the same on my front doors, the AA carbon's were just vibrating the door card enough that it was entering into the sound.
