I have 2 dual 1 ohm BL 12's fully loaded and was wondering why each coil impedance is less than 1 ohm. They are 0.7. Is this normal because my amp is stable down to 1 ohm and i don't want to burn it up.

That is normal. Your amp will be fine.

DC resistance is different from Impedance, and usually a tad lower than the rated impedance. For example most single 4 ohm coils will measure something like 3.5 or 3.7 ohms with a DMM.

0.7 ohm is the direct current resistance, they are D1 ohm coils.
