im lookin to start a new build and try doing a wall. i know i shouldnt be doing this myself but the only way to learn it to ask a ton of questions and do it yourself. im not sure on the best/proper way to safely secure a wall. the walls gonna be for 2 psi platform 3s which arent too light. i just dont want the wall crushing me if i ever get into an accident. thanks.

If you do get into a severe enough accident you will die either way. If it is a permanent wall I would bolt/screw the walls to the metal of the car.

Yes ill probably do that. But i just want it built the strongest and secure way i can. Im hoping if i made the wall as big and tight as possible it wont move that much if anything happens. Im just scared because i know people that have been killed like that. Thanks

Lots, and lots, and lots and lots of screws will help... Rivnuts to secure the wall down with bolts will aide you too.

The ONLY way to do it 100% knowing it won't move, is to weld a metal cage to the car. Then build the wall inside it.

or just send me a PM and being that im in michigan and own a shop I can help you along the way :fing34:

But obviously a car is engineered to sustain some sort of accident and keep you safe, not including a hug as box in the back.

Like was said above if you want to be safe (which you should) you need to build a frame !
