Forum, I have a SUV and my setup is 2 BL 12's in a shared chamber ported enclosure tuned at 33hz. I was wondering would the subs sound better facing forward or to the rear of my SUV tailgate? The subs and port are on the same baffle. Right now i have them facing forward and it sounds really good but just wondering am i losing out on that chest pounding bass if they are facing the rear?

I was just getting ready to say the same thing.

These questions always sort of baffle me. If the question can be answered by performing the test yourself, why not just perform the test and see what differences you hear instead of posing the question on an internet forum?

Well i already tried both ways before asking here. I really didnt see a difference so i guess what i was asking is irrelevant. On to the next one.
