Alright guys, I know I did everyone dirty with the last pics so I decide to make up for it. I had to get the shell back in order and sealed up, so there wasn't much to see there other then dust. But

Alright, I made some good progress this weekend! I was able to get a lot done on the Jeap as well as get my girls box almost ready for paint. It ended up being a nice weekend for doing everything, not

Alright....I wasn't able to get as much as I would have liked to get done. But I did make progress. The damn weather just doesn't know what it wants to do. Last weekend it was 20 degrees and snowing,

So its been a while since I updated things. I have been working hard trying to get it all done by Slamology. Its been tough with as hot as its been and having to watch my son. But its moving along pretty good for just one person I think. I debated on the paint color a few times. Originally I wanted to paint it flat black with some copper color pin stripe. Well, I ended up changing it a bit cause I thought it would be to much black and not showcase the subs like I wanted. So, I found a copper orange color I like and sprayed the doors and box the same color. That should give a nice contrast with the CF vinyl I am using.

I also added a couple 4" mids behind the head rests to give a little more rear fill to the vocals. I haven't got to hear them yet but the should be nice and loud:)

So onto the pictures. Its just a couple to kinda give you an update were things are at. I will post completed pictures most likely after Slamology. Enjoy!:D

Talented fiberglass work. That front door is intriguing. Would be interested to hear them with out the subs on.

You will notice that they cover a broad spectrum of sound from a distance. It doesn't have a ton of power like most(~30 watts per channel) and it sounds amazing! It pairs well with the sub stage and with the addition of the 5 1/4's now going behind the head it should sound even better, having a bit of rear fill to compensate under heavy bass notes. Also centering up the the staging a bit more.

Nice man, I like the way it looks.

also looks like some time went into that wrapped section of the beauty panel....just a few curves in there haha...

Looks nuts. How does it sound?

Thanks everyone! It sounds as good as it looks...its not the loudest but it does break 50's sealed up so I'm happy. It really comes alive with the doors or window open. The new mids I added behind the head rests really make a difference. They help center up the staging and helps the vocals on heavy bass songs.

Great craftsmanship! I normally don't like the aesthetics of custom doors with lots of drivers, but yours looks nice.

Where did you get the Everest amplifiers? I haven't heard of them before.

Thank you! I went into the design with the intent on sounding good. Not looking loud like I see in some vehicles. I don't care for the 3 12's and 4 super tweets like I have seen. I wanted a good quality sound that I could listen to a varity of music on and still sound amazing. Also I wanted to be able to leave the subs off sometimes and not sacrifice the lowend to much. The outcome is what you see. A blend of multiple drivers that compliment each other well. It doesn't lack in the mid bass/range like you hear with some setups, and its not overpowering in the highs either like you get when you run multiple ST's with 100watts per.

Overall the sound quality is very well balanced and keeps up well with the sub stage if needed. Also when the doors are open it still retains most of that quality over a nice distance.

Alright everyone. I don't get on here much, but I thought I would update everyone. Basically everything is new on this build except the enclosure. Back on 12v, all new wiring,amps,subs,batteries,etc.....

Equipment consists of 2 B2 m1smkII amplifiers, 6 DC LVL4's, 2 audiobahn 4004's,and misc mids and highs from PE(dayton,peersless,HiVi).

I redid the back half where my bank was. dressed it up a bit so its not just bare wood. Eventually there will be a fiberglassed piece that covers the entire rear opening so all you see is the amps and a couple component speakers on either side.

Anyway on to some photos...
