Posted March 3, 200619 yr http://http://www.putfile.com/trevoreatonthose are pics of my mag 15s. fedex is horrible. if youve ever seen ace ventura when hes an undercover delivery guy.... i swear they used my packages for the movie...but all in all Ben from www.showrides.net (SIs dealer) has been great. customer service 11/10! hes having 2 new subs sent to me and having fedex pick mine up at my door. if your skeptical about SI having a dealer and not buying direct, worry no more. i wouldnt want any1 else to sell me these subs, great guy.and BOSS, if its convenient for you could i get the tracking number to my new subs if you have it? id appreciate it alot, i want to watch as they get closer and closer to being at my door lol. i cant wait! thanks alot! email is [email protected]
March 3, 200619 yr Unbelievable. That's three or four major, reported incidents from Fedex alone on just subwoofers in the past few days. That sucks.Glad you're being taken care of, though.
March 3, 200619 yr This is *really* making me skurred about my amplifiers...Hell, almost tempted to drive the 3 hours to pick 'em up in person...
March 3, 200619 yr My exact words: " ohhh...nasty !"Why would they even deliver something as beat up as that.
March 3, 200619 yr After seeing all these cracked baskets, I think they need to redeisng the baskets to something bigger and beefier to ease the pain of idiots handling them. But that sucks what happened to the Mag.
March 3, 200619 yr USPS ftw!<{POST_SNAPBACK}>UPS is just as bad... anyways when i got my 2nd mag the box was beat up a bit i told the guy 2 wait here until i open it and examine it... it seemed fine but if the basket would have been cracked like that i woulda knocked his arse out btw id go to the local store and be liek WTF KINDA CRAP IS THIS!!! i want 1 miliion $$$ for my sufering and pain im tormented for life now
March 3, 200619 yr Shippers quite literally throws the boxes around, it's frightening. Personally I have had much better like with FedEx, I generally receive boxes that look nearly pristine from them. I guess it all depends on what hubs your box went through and who handled them.
March 3, 200619 yr DHL is better too. Really depends on which butt monkey is running around with your box though. F'in bastards.

March 3, 200619 yr Hear ya, I have an amp and a full set of brakes coming.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>You should be ok with the amp. I used special foam corners for it. No part of the amp is actually touching the box.I've had good luck thus far with FedEx Ground. Your package must have just gotten handled by someone with a little sand in the vag.
March 3, 200619 yr Thanks John, I am sure that you packed it well. As for the Fedex rant, here is another shot of something that just shouldn't break that came to my house broken. http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=3/6114534741.jpg&s=x10Now I have to wait for another set!!!
March 6, 200619 yr YAY! More motors for me to play with! <{POST_SNAPBACK}>I believe those are my motors Also, if we win the claim I don't know if we get to keep them.
March 12, 200619 yr I do have to say what a pice of junk that rotor is if they managed to cause that much damage. I am a Auto tech and parts man by trade and I have had aluminum Rotor hats that didnt break when I drove over them. I would have to guess they put the fork on there lift threw the box or something? BTW what brand was that rotor?
March 12, 200619 yr Ikes... How do they do these thing? I bet its like a game.. Dude #1 "dude.. I bet you cant break that"Dude #2 " whoa dude.. watch this...."Screech..........................BaNg@!@!@Dude#1 "right on.. Smell my face"Dude#2 " That box is toast...Oh look one of those french boxes "Fragile" go long"Dude#1 "Richous" "Touch Down"
March 12, 200619 yr It is a Zimmerman, really shouldn't be the part; however, BMA boxed two sets of rotors with newspaper to fill out a larger box. The interior box that was holding the rotors together had broken the bottom out, broken the mondo retaining straps and let the rotors shake around and rotate in the box. The thing weighed a frickin' ton as well since these aren't little. I am sure the main part of the rotor smacked into the bolt area and it broke. What am not sure is how the heck they managed to play catch with a 60lb box. Must have "dropped" it off the plane or something absurd.
March 13, 200619 yr Wow. That's about all I can say. And I've always had good luck with the ole USPS.
