I put in a recone order through Fi for my aa havoc 1515 and they said 12-15 days. 20 days ago. I email and get no reply. Anyone know how to contact them?

Even then tomorrow is the 15th business day. Shouldn't I have Atleast got a response to 1 email out of the few I've sent?

I have no problem waiting. I mean I'd love to have it now. But I've waited a month a little more time won't kill me... but I'd like a response to email with an update or something
