They had to change their name, but they didn't have to change it to Soundqubed or soundquebed since they have it both ways

After failed negotiations they were faced with a lawsuit if they did not alter their name quickly.

Audio Quest was the main issue, but was not the only one.

This has been a behind the scenes thing for a while. I don't think anyone expected them to force the change though. Not much anyone could do at that point though.

They now need to take their time and come up with a better name and logo.
