hehe and i found that if you send 2kw witha 4 ohm series resistance into an rlp in a .6 cubic ft sealed box, it wont overexhurt (sp?) meaning its possible to send 2kw into this driver? or will it reach its thermal limits by then?

yeah, it's still alive, lol...and no, i wouldn't recommend it. mater of fact, i'm pulling the orion2500d (wired at 4 ohm) off the rl-p and putting the hifonics back on it. my wife is getting to be a basshead and in the 2.5ft^3 box it's in, i don't want her thrashing the rl-p..lol..
