Lookin good!

Thanks man! I am very excited to hear these comps.

Tuned in to see more!

What kind of power are you thinking of running for your subs.

I would do a single Xcon in a 4th order ported through the decklid with 1.5-2k. My experience with Xcons was they love power and reproduce music clearly and lows in my particular app were authorative and pronounced.

At most 2000 RMS for the subs. This will be a semi "budget" build. Thanks for the suggestions guys!

Thanks! Heavy duty liquid nail, I've used it for this before with great results. Clamp it for a few hours then let it cure for a day or so.

Thats good news, liquid nails is always in my arsenal. Appreciate that, will give it a try in the future.

It is strong enough that I can't get it off by pulling on it as hard as I can. A few taps around the seam with a flat head and a hammer and it comes off clean. Best of both worlds in my opinion. The last one that I had in there was about 6-7 years old when I took it out and it was just as strong as when I put it in.

do you put anything to protect the wood? resin? liquid nails around all the wood? paint? primer??
