I have 2 sa15s and i'm designing a new box. It's a daily driver but i want it to be a very loud daily driver. i currently have a hifonics hfi1500 (pending upgrade) big 3 done, XS Power D925 on the way along with second skin coming. I'm probably going to go around 7.5-8 cubes after displacement and wondering which one will get louder to. If i go aeroport how big and long should i go. Any input is appreciated! Thanks

I would go with the slot port if there is enough space, reason being is that slot port is more flexible to acheive desired port area.

Which is louder isn't a question worth discussing. Which will work better for you should be what you are looking into.

I like the flexibility of an aero port, being able to change tuning on the fly for comps.

If your looking at aero ports take a look at this link and play with the numbers a bit to see if anything works for you. I'll be using an aero in my next box from the little I know using aeros sometimes helps keep the box a bit smaller also here's the link
