do yall think 2 cf sealed and about 4.5 cf ported befor sub and port displacement,15" zcon, and how to i figure out how long to make the port, port is probley going to be 6" by 9"

Have someone design it for you, but I don't think a 4th order bandpass be suited well for the subs.

Arbitrarily picking volumes and port dimensions without modeling is completely pointless... There are no "set" ratios. Every driver requires a different combination of enclosure parameters.
