But I'm not sure which one I like the most, the RF (targa top, which I believe your AM ordered) or the convertible. On 4/4/2017 at 4:10 PM, Tirefryr said: Fuck rust! Fuck all corrosion! Yes indeed. It's almost all done now, I even managed to get the catback exhaust off to make room for the differential replacement. Today I'm puting the wheels on, adjusting ride height and on Friday I will take it in for alignment.
April 6, 20178 yr There still are a few things to do, I'd love to get the front and rear subframes powdercoated, maybe next winter.
April 8, 20178 yr Anyone have advice for quitting a job you started 2 months ago? I was offered my position back at my previous employer so ill be moving back to Illinois this week. It probably would have been better to give them more of a notice but it was decided last week... Edited April 8, 20178 yr by lithium

I would give your current employer the chance to counter offer.

Contractor or salary on both ends?
April 9, 20178 yr Instead of complaining about what you didn't like tell them what you missed that shows you has positive. Ie, you need more of a challenge, you strive for more partnering with your boss and team, etc... And you know you will get that at where you are going .

So something to work towards. Negotiated a higher pay rate so the financial hit of breaking my lease/moving wont be too bad. Edited April 9, 20178 yr by lithium

April 9, 20178 yr Did they offer any moving assistance? You usually have to pay that back pro-rated. Otherwise, it sucks for them but you are trying to further your career, not be a money grabber. I would try to give them 2 weeks, but they may not mind and you may not have an option. It's not like it will be a big sticking point on your resume in the future.
April 9, 20178 yr no moving assistance. I was considering giving them more notice but id rather move on quickly.
