The Tundra's still running pretty solid. Just about time to do the breaks again. She could use some cosmetics though. Fresh paint and new bumpers (front is scuffed to shit due to cheap paint) as well as new headlights. About due for brakes soon too. J
January 11, 20232 yr Just a heads up Aaron and Mark. Certificates aren't loading quite right and the page buttons have lost function. At least on Firefox OS.

January 17, 20232 yr Admin Everything on the front end is working for me in Brave. Back end, we have loads of issues, but the fix is a very costly upgrade that we do not have the $ for.
January 17, 20232 yr The forum is so rarely used, I personally wouldn't worry about it unless it was a security issue.

I knew the cam phasers were probably wearing out, but at that price I could eat $4000 in repairs and still be ahead. 1 week later the check engine light comes on. Cam codes and cat converter. I take to the dealer (who had a 3 month 3K mile warranty on it). Turns out it needs the cam phasers and the catalytic converter replaced. Total price is about 5K. They are currently sending it down to there Ford dealer to perform the work. So it looks like it’s all going to work out. Only downside is I’m paying on a vehicle I can’t actually use at the moment. Brutal! Hope it works out.

The wife loves her Momster Machine. It goes the RV well and gets good gas mileage for something with a 3.73 rear end. Overall, there are still a few other quirks but even with the change in the market it’s still very hard to find a car like ours for close to the same price.
March 23, 20232 yr This weekend, I was headed home from camping, pulling the RV and blew the heater hoses Quick fix though, so we good!

March 29, 20232 yr Been interesting trying to find better work. While I'm making it happen, it's not where I want to be. Thankfully the new Mrs is supportive as hell and working herself so it keeps things easier. J
