Monday it was 45, yesterday, we had a high of 59. Today it was around 50 and rained all day. I got home around 6, it was still in the high 40s. In a matter of minutes, it was windy as fuck, the rain changed to snow, and it's snowing, thundering, and lightning. I hate living here.

I did not want it, why did you send that shit to me?

Felt like the house has leaning with the wind.

did you know in Great Britain it's illegal to sell coca cola to kids under 12 and kids under 16 must have parents permission

Just did my taxes and guess what. Thanks to Obamacare I have to spend $16,000 on health insurance before I can write it off on my taxes.

Isn't that nice.

You're either getting old or have eaten a little too much of Puffy's steak

How do I make my head unit not shut off every time I start the car?

Bypass the fuse box and wire directly to the battery? Not sure if that's a good idea though...

It will still most likely happen. Starter uses a bunch of volts and HUs protect themselves.

Good point. Sounds like a waste of time trying to bypass it anyway.

The starter has nothing to do with it. It's the way the ignition is wired. The switched lead opens during the cranking cycle.

Weird. My HU is right to the batt and still cuts out on start up.........

If the voltage drops a lot when cracking no head unit is going to stay on, no matter how it's wired.

Well, my foray into porting looks like this:

Granted it was just a clean-up of the extra lips and small casting defects but it looks a billion times better after going with 60 grit sandpaper with the dremel then 180 by hand.
