Probably going to heat up some queso and make it UBER hot. Should give me some nice temporary relief, but I am more worried about sleep.

Sitting position, narcotics, hot shower, pound my wife, or all the above. WHatever it is I'm game.

Afrin really opens up the sinuses. I snort that and 2 aspirin and it lets me breathe almost all night.

I doubt it would keep you up either. Aspirin will act faster than any other NSAIDs from personal tests, and now studies are comming around to agree with me.
