What's the female version of coldcocked?

I have a sony, samsung and a sharp. Couldn't be happier with the sony and Samsung. The sharp leaves a lot to be desired in pic quality.

She receives a stack of college invites every week. Wants to study business or possibly medical. She had went to visit Bethany in Kansas back in November as they have a great medical, but I guess she wasn't feeling it. Lol

Teenagers. Although I will help guide her to her decision I will not make it for her.

Boring town.

Could be a retirement town from the sounds of it.

I have 3 samsung and a sharp, the sharp wins for me but it is the newest.

If you buy a Sharp go with the Q+ series.

Depending on what your plan is pretty much anything will last a decent time. Once 4k is out, then you want to go with the XBR guns and you would be surprised who pays big money to use their guns.

My sharps kick Ass, not sure I would go that route if I was shopping today.

LCD though. Looked as good as anything other than the Kurro that was the ish at the time.

I'm assuming the Viewing Distance * 0.60 formula for TV sizing is still also valid?

The sharp I have is the aquos 60". There are horizontal lines that have been there from day one. Really stick out on a 60". Everything else is fairly adjustable.

Jared, have you ever worked with those black light tattoo inks?

I'm kind of intrigued.

Of course, no sport is better served by HD.  Not even close.  SD is pretty much unwatchable.

You have to have HD to see the damn puck!

That is what my wife says.  I can be shit faced on SD and still see it, but a wee bit more watching of it has probably happened in my life.

My dad went in to get an LG and ended up with a Sony 4K TV for a heck of a deal

I then noticed he had it stuck on 480 lol

Is there any 4k content yet?  I expect that it'll be another 5 years before it makes sense to go that route and by then it'll be the only choice.  Hell there is still a shitload broadcast in SD atm.

So you want to sit 3.5 feet away from a 70"?  That'll be a theater like experience.

Now that would be intriguing...
