I don't understand the market segmentation either. Why do all trucks have to be ground clearance biased or 2wd? The whole lack of a Sport Truck segment with AWD/4WD is a market segmentation that is missing.

im on stand by to go and recover a rolled over fuel tanker... from what the sheriffs dept told me when they called they still had life flight on the ground and were cutting the guy out of the cab.. and for me to start figuuring out what were gonna do with the fuel,

 

 UHGG i hate fuel tankers.... cant work the liquid, so i have to unload it, but its gravity emptied so when its on its side that never works well, and once its empty its more volatile.. gonna be a hell of a day!

Just scored a pair of VW Golf rear calipers for my rear disk brake conversion. And I'm getting correct rotors (Merc W124 rear, redrilled and enlarged hub register) in exchange of some work. 

 

Fucking drums, I can't wait to get rid of them and have a real brake and handbrake on the rear. Currently my handbrake is useless on any sort of slope.

yeah thanks, i just found out that the company is going to send a truck out of dallas for the fuel ( 4 hours or so away) and i may just lose the job..... in my experience any time  the DOT allows a wait time like that, the company has time to send there own wrecker out to do the job,   to control cost better .. it will suck to lose the money  but hell like i said i hate fuel tankers.. ill eat this one and live to see another day!

Got taken to a wine tasting event by Wine Shop at Home last night, what a load of crap.  One of the W's friends wanted to go, so I got taken along as well, crap wine, expensive prices, and nothing that I thought I would buy for half their prices let alone 18-30$ a bottle prices let alone shipping on top of the wine bottle prices.  

No, sorry, I do not want to be in the wine club and get two bottles a month shipped to me for 43.75$/mo.  I'll take my 40$ and go down to the liquor store and expand my horizons that way thank you very much.

So my pain has been increasing even though the mobility has kind of improved. .. kinda. So today, I'm doing laundry when someone knocks on the door. So I limp my poor ass up the stairs like the fat out of shape piece of crap I am.

I'm yelling at the dog, they must hear me. Anyway, its a fed x person leaving. Due to a fight on the phone with the wife I feel more motivated than normal slap om some birkenstocks and hustle after.

BAM! Ass over tea kettle and doing the splits. With my fucked up knee into the driveway. I get to watch the FedEx van pull away as I swear and cry to myself. I'm sure the daycare loves me next door.

I get in and continue my laundry and toss in my track pants. About 5 min late my leg is still soaked. WTF right?

Wipe it off and my leg is soaked in blood. I landed on a patch of psoriasis and it just split.

Pissed off wife, blood er'y where, back is tweaked. I won't sledp without muscle relaxers for a few days.

I gave in. Called the rheumatologist for pain meds. My tolerance is on edge.

Yeah. Just now they call back for me to try a "burst and taper" of prednisone.

I will be the biggest asshole on this planet. Almost guaranteed. Unless this helps with the pain so much it offsets the way I feel on prednisone.
