So car folks, what brand brake pads should I be looking at for my Buick?  Not noisy and dusty.  

Current brake setup doesn't like to stop in wet conditions, got a dead pedal for the first second or so till it burns the water off.  Its currently running some Raybestos units that the previous owner put on shortly before I bought the car.  Its also getting new rotors.

Of all the crappy vehicles I've driven this is actually the first one I've had this problem with.  

I need to do rear drum brakes on the wifes car too, I hate drums.
