My knee is really holding me back in my workouts. Cant lift too much in deads or squats or I get a sharp pain on the inside of my right knee.

Running/walking doesn't really bother it but I really want to be able to squat.

Stop squatting and dead lifting. Concentrate on a leg press and foot position that does not hurt your knee. Focus on how your feet are positioned when there is no pain in your knees. It is a lot easier to do on the leg press.

Then find a specialist(ortho) or find a general MD who is a "D.O.".

You can probably fix it on your own, or on your own, with drugs and ice and other therapies.

Don't call and ask if it is covered. Read your policy and see if you have glass insurance. If not, call them and add it and some other things making the focus on the other.
