I sent an email asking when my order will be shipped because it still says awaiting fullfillment.... I got no response.

    Where did you send the email?  I am mostly caught up.  Your order will require additional shipping to Canada, but the sub's will ship out from NY.

     

    Mark has been out of town for a few days (where your subs are), his flight home has been delayed a few times.  Soon as he is home, he will catch up with any questions that were sent to him.

    I used the contact us tab on your website. How and when do I pay the shipping? Also are there import fees?
