So I found on another forum an Xcon 12 that is the 2011 model for 200. Pretty good deal!!He bought it november of 2011. Turns out he's local too. Just wondering if there is any difference in that model than the newest one? He's actually a member on here also under the name dwnrodeo but he's not so active he said.

First version had a pole vent and no axial CNC channels with black cotton spiders.  The current version has a solid pole and axial CNC channels for cooling with Nomex spiders.

200 is a very good price. I have had both versions, and they were both great.

Does the 2011 model have the same as the current version?

Sorry I meant if the 2011 xcon had a "solid pole and axial CNC channels for cooling with Nomex spiders". I don't have any pics of the sub other than the front of it mounted in the box. He is sendin me pics tonight.

I believe an 11 model would have a pole vent, and black cotton spiders. Not positive though, just post pics when you get them if you aren't sure.

Ok when I get the pics ill post them on here just to make sure. Would it be ok to run the older version with the newer?

they've said YES to this in the past...

Sorry they're in links but this is what he sent me plus the coil readings which were both .9 and the end nominal of 1.6ohms.

Fuck photobucket. It hasn't worked in weeks for me. Is there any other place I can use to put the photos up on here?
