does the height increase make the width/length smaller by alot?

From the pictures it looks like the new amps are about half the length of the previous models. From long & slim to short & fat lol.

40.1 = 10.63" x 5.11" x 14.95"

80.1 = 10.63" x 5.11" x 19.25"

Love the look of the new amps, badass fa sho.

I know what I want for my next amp now. I just need a bigger vehicle to put this and a few subs in. MY Passat trunk is pretty full!

well well... the foot print is what i need,

 

 i would love to know if the amp will play at .25 .. of course with no warranty  but will it play music at .25
