Posted September 5, 201312 yr I was going to resurrect my old thread but since I'm starting at about the same place, ill just start a new one.Starting weight 299 as of July 5th BF% 33I did a juice only diet for 4 weeks. Lost 22 lbs.Did the 7 small meals a day diet, gained 10 of that right back. I started Intermittent fasting. Eating 2 meals a day within a 6 hour window.2000 calories200+ g of protien100 carbs (only on heavy lift days)50g fatsI'm 268 another month laterTotal lost in 2 months 31lbs BF is at 28.3%Ill be updating weekly from here.
September 5, 201312 yr get it girrrll. But fasting/dieting only works so much because you'll end up gaining all the weight back if you don't make a pretty good diet change.. although keep up the good work mang.

September 5, 201312 yr Author I'm using myfitnesspal to log all my calories and a Body Media armband to track my daily calories burned.I'm averaging roughly 1800 clean calories intake and burning 3600-3900 daily.
