I'm trying to get a hold of someone at Crescendo to replace the faulty bass knob I received with my 3500D purchased here on SSA a year or so ago. I've sent multiple emails and left multiple voice mails with no response, so I figured perhaps a post here might get their attention.

Also, if anyone has working alternate contact info for them that would be very helpful as well.

Are you emailing "sales@" ?

I wish you would have posted sooner. I just thru one away.

I've emailed support@ twice and sales@ once back in July and August.

Ok, give it a day.

I'm going through the same with a repair with them, but not near as long as you are. Might I suggest ditching the idea of a bass knob for a PAC-LC1 instead as the difference in using it vs a bass knob is night and day in functionality. For 17 bucks it doesn't hurt the pocket either.

Certainly not a bad idea, but complicated a bit as I'm using the factory system and high level inputs via an Audiocontrol LC2i mounted in the back of the vehicle. I'm going to give Crescendo some more time as we've already run the cable and built a nice mount for the bass knob, not to mention keeping the clipping LED would be nice.

Understood, well that definitely makes sense why you'd want a replacement then. I've personally written off all bass knobs as there is not a single solitary bass knob that completely cuts out the bass completely. It's like they are all set to only work between all the way down and about a quarter of the way and then it's as if when you keep turning it does nothing more/less most of the time. Not that this is typical of every bass knob, but the consensus that i've reached is that the LC1 always treated me well in the event that when you turned it from all the way down to up the output was exactly like using a volume knob.

Just to follow up here, I did receive a reply from sales@ Monday morning telling me the bass knobs are available for purchase in the Crescendo online store. They were hidden away under 'Crescendo Gear' which wasn't exactly intuitive, but I was able to order one and it looks like it should arrive tomorrow. Thanks everyone for your advice...
