February 26, 201411 yr Here is what I have have laying around in my garage, lol. Just unsure what to use.15in DSS Ethos12in Sundown SD-12Crescendo BC2000Incriminator Audio 6.4 125ft of 2/0, 40ft of 1/0 (plenty to do whatever I want)1 set of Sundown 6.5 components (may or may not use)2 Crescendo PWX 6.5's (will not use)2 FT1 tweeters (may or may not use) May run active and try out some high quality 6.5's or 8's for the doors and look for some wide range tweeters. IDK WTF I want to do..........................try the sundowns active and see how it goes. active is not for everyone.
February 26, 201411 yr Love the truck...normally don't care for black wheels- but those have just the right amount of accents to set them off. And you are right- the big wheels take away from the fact that they are 35's...makes them look smaller. Tuned in for your install progress! Edited February 26, 201411 yr by Leedogg
February 26, 201411 yr Author I am not quite sure I understand, can you do a center console sub?I can do a rear center console if I buy some buckets and fab some seat brackets. It has a rear bench as of now, I dont want to mess with the front console. The center console I built for my old F250 sounds awesome and would be a good fit for the DSS but finding black leather buckets will be either hard to do or very costly.
February 27, 201411 yr I miss seeing your old F250 Definitely one of my favorite builds I've seen on here. Edited February 27, 201411 yr by SacredTanakh
March 1, 201411 yr Author Looks like I will be able to run the DSS 15 in the console box from my other truck. It fits perfect actually. I removed the small seat in the rear and finagled the box in, port runs behind the seat like before. amps will mount under seat and box. This gives me room for 2 people in the back seat still. I have pulled it all back out and now the wiring and deadening process will start. The monster Ethos beside a Sundown sd12.
March 2, 201411 yr What a huge truck ! Nice to be able to fit a 15" in like that Tuned in. I love the wheels and the lift
March 3, 201411 yr Author Thanks!Got rid of the lean today and raised the rear up about 2 inches. Went from a 4in block to a 5in block. Also added airbags to the back adding adding anywhere from 0-3 inches depending on how much air I run. I like it better this way and will also get rid of the terrible sag when I tow heavy
March 3, 201411 yr Just so you guys can imagine how big this truck really is, here is a few pics of it next to mine LOL
March 3, 201411 yr getting an anxiety attack just even thinking about trying to park something that big, for fucks sake man! Looks great.
March 21, 201411 yr Author Not in yet. Tore my bicep tendon off the bone, had surgery Monday and truck has been in shop for warranty work for the last 2 weeks and they say it will be first of next month before I get it back due to a part on back order. Gonna be a few months before I can even install unless I have someone else do it. Recovery will be long with this arm injury. Sucks bad
