Ive noticed that my entire system gets louder when its raining outside! i know this sounds weird but i wonder if the weight of the water on the panels acts as a mild deadener? is the moisture creating a better ground perhaps? pretty odd..

anyone else notice this? its my mids highs and sub all seem louder!

Maybe quit drinking, that helps.

I feel like my subs beat harder on the rainy days also.

Some days my system sounds very impressive (to me) others I want to rip it all out.

My system seems crisper and more accurate when it's freezing outside, however, it seems louder when it's warmer

It's in your, (our) heads. Think there is a word for it I can't think of.

also this is with windows up and down..

That would probably be why. Raining vs not raining with all else equal would be placebo as Sean said.

Psychoacoustics?
