I placed an order for the Fi SP4 15 on 2-14-14 and the order status says awaiting fulfillment, not quite sure what that means but the money has been taken from my account and I cannot get ahold of Fi. I have emailed them multiple times with no response and the only phone number I have when I call it says it's an old Fi number the mailbox is full and to email the store. Any help is appreciated.

 

What do you want us to tell you?  You placed an order for an item, they took payment and are in the process of building the item you ordered.  It takes 10-15 BUSINESS days when things are moving and clicking along in good order.  If they're behind because of being swamped with orders (which happens a lot at tax time), short on some part, or some other problem prevents them from getting it built as fast as possible then it can take longer.  Some people have waited as long as 30 business days but fortunately that's not real common.

 

Take a deep breath, work on the enclosure design or something and have some patience.

An answer to what awaiting fulfillment means obviously. Thank you just wanted to make sure that was the case and they were not waiting on something from my end.
