Posted May 16, 201411 yr This will be my first post on this forum. i am building a c pillar wall in my 2010 scion xb rs. I am starting this thread pretty late in the build so it will completed very quickly. any advice would be awesome. i have been building systems for a few years now but it is my first wall and first time using 18s. Equipment will be;2 incriminator audio Judge 18ssundown NS1mechman 240 amp altcrescendo logice group 31 batteriesaudiotechnix 1/0sky high 8 guage speaker wirerockford 2 channel for mids2 sound qubed 6.5s (temp)

May 17, 201411 yr Author Awesome design scion... rivet in the stock speakers so nothing else will fit in. built these adapter rings to fit the 6.5s soundqubed's mounted these are only temporary but for the price they sound amazing. only 56 bucks for 2 of them
May 17, 201411 yr Author Forgot to mention that i used second skin pro throughout the car. i didnt have any good pictures of it being installed. used 2 bulk packs for the whole car.
May 17, 201411 yr Damp Pro is great stuff, but damn if it isn't hard to shape when it's not hot outside. I have the 18" Death Row, so I'm definitely curious to see what you end up thinking of the Judges. Just don't forget to weatherproof those speaker rings before you close up the whole build.

May 17, 201411 yr Author double layering everything. i might go back and tripple the baffle if it needs to be done
May 17, 201411 yr Author after port and sub displacement the box is 12.5 cubes. would have liked for it to be a little bigger but didnt have the room. about 15.5 qubes before port and sub displacement. ported to 31ish hz for music mostly
May 17, 201411 yr Author first layer of the baffle cut out. not bad for a homemade circle jig made out of a scrap piece of mdfalready finished the second layer and glued them together but the only pic of that turned out blury
