i have a friend that is set on a 3 way passive set up ,

 he has a decent budget 800 bucks or so.... looking for something that will cover a great range sound good, needs to have a 1 inch tweeter for location reasons

 he was about to pull the trigger on a set of hertz milians or some shit...

I gotta agree.  Not that I have a lot of room to talk with a set of Bravox CS603CF's in the closet, but the price was good and even Brad said they're fairly decent.  But I do still agree with the comment, he likely won't know any different and there's no sense in letting him waste something to the tune $800 for a less than stellar set of speakers in the first place.
