Posted July 2, 201411 yr Figured I would ask before I just ended up throwing this in the trash. Is this sub salvageable to be sold for parts? If so, whats a fair price? 20140624_232038 by riored4v, on Flickr 20140624_232112 by riored4v, on Flickr
July 2, 201411 yr Frame and softparts are trash, but the motor looked good from the other pictures. Should be able to sell the motor for some cash for sure, although I can't help with what it should bring.
July 2, 201411 yr You can sell the motor. What sub Is it? Icon? Edited July 2, 201411 yr by frogcase2002
July 2, 201411 yr Author I'm pretty unknowledgeable when it comes to selling off random sub parts, but if that's a fair price, I'd be willing to do it. You (or whoever) would need to pay for shipping as well. Edited July 2, 201411 yr by riored4v
July 2, 201411 yr Author How'd that happen?Stupid and irritating mistake on my part. Had my sub box pulled out of the car and on the kitchen floor. Was packing up for vacation and needed to move the box. Picked it up and didnt quite get my fingers under it in time, slipped out of my hand and on to the floor. Fell only a few inches, but obviously just right.

Plus, I've already ordered an Ethos. It is rather easy and then you would not loose as much money. I'm sure it probably is. But for something like that, I would probably prefer to be shown the process hands on. For me, I dont know anyone locally to show me that. Its just a matter of comfort level I guess. In this case, my loss would be someone else's gain.
