Posted October 23, 20159 yr Looking to purchase a good android tablet under $300. So far out of date on these things I have no clue. Prefer one in the 10" size. Don't plan on anything crazy for it just a solid everyday play toy. Any recommendations?
October 23, 20159 yr Author Had an acer iconia that got stepped on. Was an older one and was getting a little slow...
October 23, 20159 yr Is $300 some sweet spot? I've bought my last ones for a lot less and they've been fine. I don't do much with them however.
October 23, 20159 yr still using my acer iconia (what I'm typing with at the moment) thing is pretty damn durable. no case, kids use it all the time, has even been thrown down a flight of stairs (about a year ago). still runs fine. I think I paid $170 Canadian for it. should be substantially less in the U.S. Edited October 23, 20159 yr by nigel
