No constrained layer = fail I should have went further with my deadening plans, it will for sure get ccf and mlv over the sludge. I was thinking sludge because it can create a nice look in the wheel well while control panel resonance and vibration. CLD tiles is obviously the other option, still may go that route. Undecided at the moment.

Thanks, my deadener just came in. CLD tiles, CCF, and MLV will be added to the trunk before I start trimming it out with enclosure and amplifier rack.

They are very close, the angle of my pictures throws off the aspect of each picture. The drivers side is slightly lower because I wanted to maintain the factory hood release.

March 19, 20178 yr This car really looks in good shape, after that cleaning. I like what you are doing. Tuned in...
March 20, 20178 yr Author Thanks for the kind words everyone. I am at a stand still until a few items get taken care of. I keep going back and forth on the subwoofer enclosure. Should I build the enclosure in the spare tire well? or stick the amplifiers in the spare tire are and build a traditional enclosure against the gas tank/rear trunk wall?
March 21, 20178 yr Popular Post I personally would put the amps in the well and the box up against the back seat. Only because it maintains the use of the car in its most natural state...but that is only because of my complex of not wanting to set stuff on my sub box.
