March 9, 200718 yr Well crap. Why didn't I see this sooner.pm me with info. Only join if you're going to play by the rules, or they'll ban both of our accounts and I would very become unhappy.
March 9, 200718 yr Searchable directory of audio torrents: music albums, ebooks, and audio books. With forum and tracker.
March 9, 200718 yr Main thing is ratio requirments. Meaning you must upload about as much as you download. They also require that you have a cute animal in your avatar which I think is great.
March 9, 200718 yr Author OiNK > *There is no other torrent tracker or p2p that I like as much as OiNK. It's also a nice gateway to other private torrent sites once you become a power user there. From OiNK, I have gained access to thedvdclub.org, torrentleech.org, bitme.org, etc.Private torrent trackers are a beautiful thing, especially if you have a 100mbps seedbox
March 9, 200718 yr Man I wish I had gotten into this. Is it P2P or does it have a server like Napster did?
March 9, 200718 yr Napster was one of the first P2P programs out there you n00b.I thought it was upload, download to a server. Where as Kazaa, Morpheous, excetera are upload, download from random people on the internet who happened to be online at the time.

Sean whatever-his-name-is was a lowly college student who could never afford the server costs that would be involved in that. For example, I pay around US$80 for a dedicated server; 512mhz RAM, 160GB HDD, 100mbps (which is actually capped closer to 50mbps, but still very affordable for the bandwidth), and is totally unmetered. You would need several 100 of these to host the type of traffic that Napster was doing back then.Ok now, someone get everything from Bowie, Live Beatles, original Johnny Cash, Greatful Dead, U2 imports for me. haha I could go on for a long time. When I get another invite, I'll send one your way. All of that stuff is on OiNK just waiting for you
