Been itchin to go ported for a long time now, since I've never heard my RLp 15 ported before. Whats the smallest volume (before port area) would you guys go for a ported setup?

Mike reccomends 2.5 minimum for the 15 @ 32hz. Good sub.

I've done 2.5^3 @ 30Hz and am now doing 2.9^3 @32Hz. Virtually the same size box for either set up. I liked them at 30Hz and love them at 32Hz.

I think you'll be very happy going ported...

i'm itching to try some aero's from parts express. i've always used slot ports in the past whenever i'm doing a build, but i think a big round port would look pretty cool when next to the RLp.

question is, will a single 4" aero be sufficient? or should i opt for a pair of 4" aeros?

You would be better off doing 2 4" aero's. :fing34:
does the port length decrease in half if i went with two aeros?

No, the port length is going to roughly double. More port area -> more port length.
