My cardio is EXTREMLY limited.........cannot run right now.......knee's all fudgeed up.......I do ride "Some" bike......plus add in 100+* days daily from now till October, I can swear out ALOT of fat.J

Mix 1 to 3 scoops upon rising, between meals or before bed. May 7, 200718 yr Admin With protien, you have to make sure you are taking in as much as you can through food. With the protien shake, a general rule of thumb that I was told, is a shake once during the day (before the workout) and another with-in 30 minutes post workout. As for creatine, follow the loading instructions per product. Most have a 2 week or so of loading, then a 3 scoop a day kind of thing. The over riding factor to all of this is how your body reacts to it. If it is not dealing well back off, if you are having sleeping issues or jitters or are not hydrating enough, back down some in dosage. With body building there is no way to follow strict laid out instructions because everyones body chemistry is different.
