Posted April 23, 200718 yr I have a '96 Nissan XE (extended cab) truck. I'm wondering if I can get the right air space for 4 BTL 15's with a hard tonneau cover or will I have to get a camper shell. Also, anyone know pricing and wattage on 15" BTL Loaded and BL Loaded? I'm wanting something I can use for daily and SPL comps. Are these good speakers to be used for both?
April 23, 200718 yr loaded btl 15 is 469 IIRC, and its still rated at 2000 but its really up to you how much you throw at it.

April 23, 200718 yr Author if i remember correctly, and what are the dimensions of your truck bed?67" long, 52" wide not allowing tire wells, 37" wide at tire wells, 17" in heigth Edited April 23, 200718 yr by audiobuckspl
April 23, 200718 yr go to ficaraudio.com for pricing and specs on subs. This will let you compare and contrast right from where you order anyway. The BL takes 1krms, but my bro is putting 2krms on a loaded 12 w/out problems. I have BTL 18s, and they don't complain about a clean 4krms, though they are rated for 2krms. I think both can sound exceptional with music depending on the setup. The dimensions you gave will have 34.2755ft^3, not including tire well. This is also gross, not net. You'll have to post the rest of the info on your tire wells to know the exact gross space, or you can take 34.2755 - (Volume of tire wells) x2. Then figure how much space the box walls, subs, and port take up, and subtract that to get net. soo tired, sorry if typo
April 23, 200718 yr well even if the box was only as wide as the tire wells that gives your roughly 24 cubic feet so you should have plenty of room for 4 15's
