Why not get an SSD and run less power?

I thought about that, i was thinking about getting the ssd with copper coils and bp power. But i have a few questions i need to get cleared up, for an example say i have a true 1000watts going into the q and a true 1000watts going into the ssd with copper coils and bp power which one would be louder? and what one would sound better? Also, would the q take more watts to get moving..causing a decrease from getting loud? where the ssd isn't needing as much watts to get moving therefore more output?

Dependent on your install, your taste in music and how picky you are.

I don't think you'd have a problem with an amp in the 800-1kW range and a small 50x2 amp for your front stage, as long as you're smart about things...

so should i get the fiq or the fissd with copper coil and bp power? i was thinking i might as well get the q beucase it can handle more if i decide to upgrade, has a more xmax, and the price is so close y not.

My very first choice was the fi q and the apline, n now im thinking the phoenix gold

Please pick what combo you think would fit my application, i want to get this project done

They all look like more then capable amps.

I would choose the amp with the best features on it like subsonic filters, crossover, connections, and others.

I might vote for the Q and maybe check out the new Sundown SAE-1000D's.
