July 1, 200817 yr Really pushing the excursion limits. That's the way we do By the way, the "bottoming out sound" is from the box vibrating on plastic and metal clips where the 3rd row seat was.It still amazingly clean and you can hear my highs and mids from the back surprisingly ... 3 speakers are in the front of the car and only 1 in the backdoor, the 2nd backdoor is blown and still able to be heard with the lows, so it sounds wonderful, it's just not enough cone space for my giant. I needs the 4 18s Edited July 1, 200817 yr by Stephan
July 1, 200817 yr How about 8 12's instead? That could work but I like the beasts and got my 18 box already designed (tuned at 44hz and 36hz) 23ft3

July 1, 200817 yr Author Admin I got to check out the ICON last night in his truck. To date, it's the most "broken in" i've ever seen for an icon, there's not much suspension left to it. Sounds amazing still, lol
July 2, 200817 yr I got to check out the ICON last night in his truck. To date, it's the most "broken in" i've ever seen for an icon, there's not much suspension left to it. Sounds amazing still, lolThe 15 I just got is stiff as a board. Lets see what I can do it. Videos will be posted soon as I fix the issue with my head unit.
