of sound deadening do you think it will take me to do the whole trunk and spare tire well of my 06 cadillac cts?

How well do you want to deaden it?

I used about 100sqft on my mustang trunk, (but that was excessive) so being how big the cadillac is I'd use 50-100, depends on how many layers you want to use and what your goal is. More is always better for sq.
