1st of all what options should i get with only about 1000rms, im saying this bc my kicker kx1200.1 does 1050 with stock charging system but i know they are underated so it might be a little more

2nd what should i expect from an 18 bc im used to 2 10s kicker CVXs and i really have never heard a really good setup, i listen to mostly rap and a little rock

If your looking for more of a musical application a Q should be more then enough...

If your more into competing/farting/burping then just a standard BL would be more then fine

With that power. Go for the Q.

but aint both the bl and the q 1000rms so the power issue be the same and

i was thinking the bl becasue i really wanna be louder than 2 12s or up there with them would this be possible with just one 18

Q has more linear output and will sound better...

The BL will be more prone to peaking, not sound as good as the Q, but would likely be louder on the meter.

Mechanically speaking the Q is better suited for 1000 watts.

and how would either of these compare to 2 12s, the loudest in my little town are 2 p3s

That will depend on the setup.

The enclosure and vehicle will make the difference, as well as how much power each setup is seeing.
