Yea I ordered my box in like April lol..... Its okay though, he is working by himself so he is really busy but the quality is well worth the wait. Awesome guy too. You will def enjoy your box.

Is there any room under the seats? Maybe you could do 4 8s or something like that. If you look on here or on SMD forum (sorry lol) in the build logs section there are a couple trucks who have done this.

Thanks! I figured why not throw it in there, my passengers would enjoy it. I was really early the other day to sell my Sundown Zv3 15, about 30 min early lol, and I was so thankful for Mario to speed the time up for me haha. That Atari is going to be awesome man, i will def be tuned in to that. Do you have a link to your demo vehicle? Or is it started yet?

Go with the SA-12s. I have heard the SSA Zcon 12 and it sounds really good on low power but I am a Sundown guy. SSA GCON would be my second choice though

Slowly but surely moving to all Sundown Audio products.. Just ordered the Sundown SAZ2500D v1 and Sundown SAX100.4 off of DB-R Electronics to replace my Hifonics amps. Now my hifonics amps are for sale. I will be posting them up on the classifieds soon. Next are some Sundown components but that will be whenever my Infinity Kappas die and hopefully they last a long time haha PROOF lol Didn't want to put my actual receipt up here and block everything out.

Build looks awesome man! Your grandfather reminds me of my father, he has gone through a lot as well. Awesome to share the hobby with someone in the family. How does the sealed box sound? Why did you go sealed? For space?

I will still be attending but unfortunately with my 15. The good news is that my box is currently being built now so if US Audio has another show in September or somewhere close by hosts one the weekend after or anytime after I will have everything playing. -

The Clarion will stay in the rear with the new set up and will be mounted with the amps. Kind of hard to explain but when the new box gets here and I start setting everything up it will make much more sense with pictures n such. I can try to explain.. I leave the vol and sub vol on the eqs turned up so I can adjust it from the front with the head unit and PAC. I have never really touched the other settings after I already tuned them to my liking. I am keeping it is because of the 7V pre-amps. I just placed it in the back because it didn't look clean and anyone could see it in my car and where I live (in an apartment complex) I don't want people looking in my car and seeing expensive goodies lol

Finally made a video of some flex. My trunk is well deadened so I barely have any flex back there which is AWESOME!! lol Anyways, the wires are extremely messy because I am getting ready for my new build so please just look away from the mess haha. Finally got a chance to do a couple things to my car today. A little while ago I purchased a YOBO FC16, its a portable Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) that runs on the actual cartridge and not roms or emulators. I had an idea about putting it in my car for a while now. Now that I have a head unit with a 6.1 inch screen with av inputs I figured why not try it out. I also thought, who the hell has a super nintendo in their car??? lol Well, now I can say I DO . Here are the pics. I am putting it inside my glove box that way I can hide the system. The unit comes with 2 bluetooth controllers shaped like the old snes controllers, a tv input, the console and a charging cable. It has a lithium battery in it so it doesn't need to be plugged in all the time. I only have one game for it now which is Super Mario All Stars, which has all the classic Marios on it. I will buy more games soon for some multiplayer action. lol To make all this happen I bought a cheap inverter that plugs in to a cigarette lighter and an extension cord. Had to pop this part off so I could run the wires to the glove box. About to plug in the AV input. You can't really see it but I was able to hide the small inverter and plug under the center console which is the part I am showing you now. Now I am going to plug everything into the YOBO FC16.. Make it look neat.. Velcro is holding it in there.. Now to hit the switch on the left side of the console to turn it on to make sure it works before I start putting everything back together lol. I ran the charger plug near my shifter/ parking break. The console tells me when the battery is low so then all I have to do is plug it in to let it charge and take it out when it's done charging. Here is a short video of it in action! CLICK THE PIC FOR THE VIDEO. I was not driving during this, it was just a little windy outside. Also, the volume was down and my damn controller's battery was dead. I had to put them on the charger. lol
