Hey guys, My name is John. I currently am spending my summer in Tucson, AZ. The drying out state of all. I go to college in Dallas, Tx. I have been looking to upgrade my car audio system and heard this was the place to be for knowledge. Seeing how so much has changed since the last system I put together (10 years ago) I felt it was necessary to re-educate myself. I appreciate any knowledge I can absorb from here. Hi there. Just joined you all the way from a rather cold England. My name is Erskine and I have a very strong working interest in Bass Box Designs, anyway I have just been given two nice new Magnum D2's which I shall be putting into one of my tried and tested Three Chamber Internally Ported Reflex Boxes. As the D2's are two ohm per coil, have previous owners got a preference for the wiring options. Both coils in series or parallel and then both speakers in either series or parallel. I will be using a Genesis Monobloc rated at 1650wrms [1200wrms with my current electrical set-up] into one ohm and I am more of an SQ guy rather than out and out SPL. Just interested to hear …

Hey guys. Finally decided to post somethin so I just registered, which i guess makes me a newby? Anyway, I am definitely enjoying my RL-P 15. It is currently in a simple 2cuft box running off a SoundStream Reference 500sx. I will be switching cars soon which explains the simple box. This sub gets good and loud and I haven't even done any tuning or messing around w location. The quickness is incredible. My front stage consists of CDT EF-51 components and dayton 8's for midbass.
