Could you make me a box with 41 width 17 height 15 depth with 30hz tune or lower when I figure out the lowest frequence the subs can go to. You have picture of the box but I want it with carbon fiber vinyl on part of it and still have the carpet red and the port red could you give me a guess of the price I need to make 4.0 cu ft

Well we got ride of all the silver on the outside and inside of the FJ... Went from this... To this.. Then started to mold his new stereo in... new alpine 8" screen... Then for some odd reason we were looking around on top of the roof.....and found this

Dustin can you please send me my enclosure or a full refund? It has been 60+ days since I paid and two weeks since I last heard from you. I was given a 14 business day build time when I paid, I understand that things happen and that is why I have been patient, but after you said it was going to ship two weeks ago I haven't heard anything and still no enclosure. Well look what showed up on my doorstep today. Thank god I was home as its raining a lot and I never even received noticed it had shipped. (much less was even finished!) I still have a few questions for Dustin which I e-mailed, but a few things still unknown is the internal volume and what frequency its tuned to? (I did request 32HZ) Anyways, the long wait is over - almost...still waiting on the 15" Xcon to go inside (which has been about 33 business days and counting) But here is the final look of the enclosure!

We were surprised by the opening of a new location rather suddenly. It is larger and much nicer. After some negotiations with the owner we made the move.... TODAY!!! Yes we moved our entire shop in less then 12 hours. Of course that is thanks to many people who were kind enough to devote their day to helping us relocate. However, since I had a fairly good idea that we were moving we have been slowly packing and moving some of our services around to ensure we are ready to go for tomorrow. As many of our clients have seen over the years we adjust our packaging as we find new and/or better ways to package the enclosures to ensure they show up to you as they left here. Over the years of shipping enclosures we have found that it is very tricky to find a way to package that will allow the package to arrive as it left, keep overall costs the same, and still be able to be covered by shipping insurance if something did happen. While damages do not happen with every item shipped, we all know how logistic companies operate. With that said, we have been recently adjusting our packaging again. We will be closing in about an hour and will not be returning to the offices until Tuesday. We will be checking emails randomly and production will be running for a few hours on Friday/Saturday so this should not be putting any delays on current orders other then maybe by a day at most. As some may know already, we signed a lease on a new location that is much larger recently. We have been working hard to move the wood shop over and setup a few offices. It has been exciting and stressful at the same time. We are keeping the current location as an office setup and allowing the other to be more for the wood shop, packaging, shipping, and local installations. We have been still cranking out enclosures and designs, but do to our current situation we have not been taking any photographs. We have just been working hard to get everything straightened out. I do hope to be back in the swing of pictures and such with in a week or two, but ultimately it will depend…

I did manage to build a "test box" for some new coating materials that are similar to bed liner but are thicker and made for wood. Came out pretty good and I think we will be stocking this and offering it as an upgrade option for those that want it. Here is an idea of what it looks like. This enclosure had zero prep work..was tossed together and then covered in the new material. It has a OZ Audio Matrix Elite 12 mounted in it for testing. I brought it home and had it setup up in my HT as well. Works very well, very durable and is actually washable....

These were made just for the show, and quickly to show off the new logo... New revised versions will be out in about a month..

Well, we have secured a new supplier for our wood. All though the bulk count is higher, the prices are cheaper and we will be passing on those savings to our clients. Yes, this means we are redoing all of our pricing. We will also being doing stages on enclosures so those who don't want/need all the extras we typically include can get cheaper enclosures with out all the extras. We have also picked up a new plastic distributor. So the over all costs of plexi/lexan items will be going down as well.
