Wondering on average how much true amperage the bc3500d draws at 1-ohm. I've heard everything from its 300 amp fuse load to half the fuse rating to one third operationally. Electrical wise I am currently running a 275 amp singer alternator with a yellow top under the hood and one xp3000 in the trunk. Voltage ranges from 13.5-13.8 on a clean signal and drops as low as 13.2 once I start clipping which I know consumes power and produces excess heat. The alt does around 200 amps or so at idle. My question is what if anything beyond my current electrical would be recommended for this upgrade. Thank you in advance for any information. Phil

I'm trying to get a hold of someone at Crescendo to replace the faulty bass knob I received with my 3500D purchased here on SSA a year or so ago. I've sent multiple emails and left multiple voice mails with no response, so I figured perhaps a post here might get their attention. Also, if anyone has working alternate contact info for them that would be very helpful as well.

I was looking into putting an order in through SSA for 4 PWX 6.5 and 2 Black FT1 tweeters. Does anyone know if these speakers are shipping out fairly fast?? For a while I heard they were on National Backorder and the website still shows that. But the shipping dates have passed. If I order these up what's the wait time on them?? Any info helps. Thanks a lot.

has anyone bench all or any of the amps i have a bc200d and wanted to upgrade to a bc3500 which will help push 2 PA mofo's 124x wired to 1 ohm unknown after box rise. If the 2000d can or will be enough to push the subs then i will stay were i am at and just work on my voltage or go with the bc3500 and have it sit around for a bit until the voltage is fixed and battery and all that other good stuff. I am hearing that crescendo amps are under rated.

Hello Crecendo Audio community I am looking to upgrade my speakers in my 2011 NIssan Altima S... I have already purchased a Pioneer AVH-X5500BHS Dvd Head unit and will be installing it soon.. Im pretty sure this unit will have enough settings to configure the speakers properly.. I believe the car has 6 speakers because it is a "S Model". I have read a few different websights on the accual size of the speakers and I believe they are as follows... Front Dash are 3.5"... Front door are 6.5" and the Back Top of Trunk are 6x9's (however I have hurd theyr will acomidate a 6.5" as well) Alot has changed with car adudio in the last 10 years and I'm more a computer and home the…

I sent my C1100.4 in on April 19th, RMA #JKC11041513. I called on May 1st, and was told that you guys had received it and that it was waiting to be benched. I called on May 8th, was told that they had benched it, and were having issues resolving the problem. I was also told that if they could not resolve the issue (channel separation) by the end of the week (I'm assuming that's Friday) that I would be sent a replacement. I called on May 14th, no answer, so I left a message. I called on May 21st, no answer, but I did not leave a message. I called on May 22nd, no answer, so I left another message. I also filled out a support ticket on May 22nd. I have not yet r…

Well after finally getting a chance to install my new C1100.4 I had a terrible hiss with it that only got worse as the gain went up. So far I have tried swapping everything around the amp to eliminate it them from the problem except new rcas and I haven't tried it in another vehicle. New Rcas will be here today, shielded and all. I have swapped HUs I have Tried both sets of channels Amp is ground directly to battery Gain High or low high. Tried a different amp and don't have that issue (I have low level noise but I believe its a source unit problem) Amp does have the HPF on and set to 5khz, which is what I need to actively run my tweeters. Other amp which I have no probl…

ok so im looking to get one of these but im really confused about them. it says they are a mono block amp but yet they have ++ and -- speaker outputs? i want to run two dual 2ohm fi bl 15s off of it and im wondering how to get a two ohm load. wiring them in paralell is a 2 ohm load but some people are saying that its a mono block and it doesnt have ++ and -- speaker outputs and that the picture on the site is just a different one but i didnt think so and i understand how to wire them if it only has single + and - outputs. just very confused on how an amp can be a mono block but have dual outputs? im no wiring wizard..

Hey Guys. I originally posted this on **** but I know not everyone that's a member here is a member there too, and vise-versa. So, here's something a little cool we did w/ my bc3500's, which are what I have pushing my 18's. I just wanted to take a moment & post a couple pics of my Crescendos. I have 4 bc3500d's, 1 bc2000d & 1 c1100.4. I reverse mounted the bc3500d's & did a clear plexiglass bottom. Kinda like the old Pheonix Gold or USAmps. Then I added some blue leds to jazz them up a lil, especially at night. The bc2000 & the c1100.4 are never seen so nothing special done to them but I'll throw up pics of those up as well. Not the best pics but I'll get …

Hey my BC2K just came in today and it looks great. I'm looking to install it tomorrow after work but I'm confused as to how to hook up the amp. I've never owned a mono amp that had more than 2 speaker terminals. I have one 2 ohm DVC sub right now rated at 600 watts and would like to wire it in series to 4 ohms to get the 700 watts of power @ 4 ohms. I undersant I have to wire the sub in series but I don't know which speaker terminals to use. Im also receiving another matching sub soon amd would like to know how to wire them both for the 1100 watts @ 2 ohms when. Please help me out these 4 speaker terminals have me stumped Also, does the bass knob control the gain or doe…
