Just ordered two hds3 12's and I'm not a box builder paid a local shop to build my last one but dnt want to pay that again wanting to do it myself but ineed help figuring out all the cuts n lengths and port and all that I'm putting it in a 03 Chevy blazer 4 door and love the low low bass. also wanting subs to face the roof and port to face the hatch. if anyone can help me figure out how to do this to make the best box for my subs and for bass it'd be greatly appreciated and or if u can send me to someone or a site that will help me come up with a blueprint on how to do this build b so awesome thank u hope to hear from yall thank u

Alright guys so this is my first "big" system. I have 2 soundqubed hdc3 15 d2's in a 10 ish cu ft box tuned to 32 hz. I have 2 soundqubed q1-2200 amps. I plan on strapping them. My mids and highs I got on lock so they're not important. I have a 180 amp ho alt by singer alternators. This is the absolute biggest he could make it. 1 xs d5100r under the hood and 2 xs xp3000's in the back. Nothing is installed yet I'm waiting for all my install accessories. Do you think I have enough batteries and is my alternator sufficient enough to handle 500 amps of max current? I'm waiting on my xs charger to come in to install everything because I need to fully charge my batteries. Also…

Just wondering if the new HS310's would work well in a 4th order application ? i cant seem to find anything about box recommendation etc. and also if they will work in a 4th order application will they work well in .5 seale each im looking at doing 4 10's in a 2:1 ratio 4th in my trunk. Thanks

I am in process of rebuilding my S10 for MECA's Street 2 SPL class. I am just torn between the HDC3 or 4 15. I will be running 2 2200's strapped for power. I can usual pull about 320 amps of current in the class so I think 2 2200's strapped at 2 ohms nominal would be an optimum choice. So on that note, opinions of which sub to use. I have had alot of experience with the HDC3's and found them to handle large amounts of power. I just know for rated power, I will be going way past peak power handling on the HDC3, but I do not want to get an HDC4 and not be able to move it with just 4 k in power. So I just finished my recone on my HDC3-15 copper D1 and could not figure out which dust cap to use. So I started looking at what I could use that would make it a little different from everyone else. So hre is how it went: First thought Second thought And the final, which is how I believe Sounqubed should be selling/shipping the subwoofers I took their 8 inch carbon fiber cap and trimmed it down to 6 inches to fit in the original cap area and "I like it alot".

I will be working on the back seat out for measuring spaces.. Depends on my taste build.. It probably will be done by a yr or two.. Anybody can dream it even low on budget.. Hey guys, So I bought a HDS212 D2 and 750.1 little over month ago. Love it but I wanna get louder. So looking for input on how I should spend money. -Do I buy another HDS212 and 750.1 and hook it all up together in a new box -Buy another HDS212 and a new 1200.1 amp plus box? -Get a HDS312 or 15 and 1200.1 and possibly use same box (unless I go with 15" obviously) Also, for electrical, I'd probably have to get a second battery? And I'm still looking towards the big 3 in near future. I've heard of this problem before, but can't recall the solution. As soon as I turn the key the bass note starts playing non stop unless I unplug either one of the RCA jacks. Doesn't matter which, then it will function normally. What causes this?

To make a long story short, the current HDC 12s that soundqubed is making have the hds300 basket. I bought one new and it did not come with the pictured basket on the website. Not all the way sure how I feel about it yet.

Looking at upgrading the factory speakers in my Focus. Car has the Sony system "upgrade". I don't intend on amping the speakers for now, so I'd like something that will work well with what I have. The car comes with a component setup from the factory but I've been looking at the new 6.5" coaxials on the SQ site. There is also the component setup but I can't tell if the tweeter is removable on the component setup though so that may not work. Factory setup is 4ohm at 25w RMS from what I was able to dig up.
